Support HB208 /SB375 to Fix the Loophole in the Pollinator Protection Act

Unclear language in the law is allowing over 100 retail stores to sell bee-killing banned neonic-containing consumer lawn & garden products to consumers—even though it is illegal for consumers to buy and use them. This bill makes a technical fix in the language of the law to restrict consumer use, as originally intended by the legislature.
